I finally broke down and bought a Rubber B - it arrived today. I held off for years because of price and thought many times about getting something cheaper, but decided not to mess around after all the great reviews.
So far I really like it! |

Here’s my Sub on an Everest. I like the integrated buckle option. The Everest seems to be a bit “gummier” than the Rubber B that I used to have for a Tudor. I don’t think you can go wrong either way though.

Everest on the left, RubberB on the right in the first pic.
Everest definitely has more adjustment available, having 9 holes to the RubberB's 7 holes. Softness of the rubber is very similar. Fitment on both is about identical imo. However, the everest when installed on a submariner seems to put undue pressure on the bottom side of the bezel making it harder to turn. My DSSD is pictured with a red rubberB. I have not tried an everest strap on a dssd yet. The 114060 is pictured with a black rubberB utilizing the original oyster clasp. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk |

I would agree. Everest is good but Rubber B's look, feel, and durability is just better.

Rubber B vs Everest for Glidelock - toss up based on wrist size.
Rubber B vs Everest for EasyLink - Everest, if you want to keep EasyLink function. |

Everest doesn’t offer strap that is Easylink compatible for my 216570. I had to go with the Rubber B option. Definitely not disappointed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I actually didn't mind the cutting for Rubber B. Helps me get the exact fit I want.

Is cutting a big deal though? A lot of the big brands do it, like Patek or Piaget. I have no problem with it if it helps the watch fit more ideally.

Late to the party, I know, but another thumbs up for Everest. Apart from the strap, Everest customer service and communication puts RubberB in the corner. Everest are a pleasure to deal with.
