I had purchased a K-series GMT-II 16710 in early 2003 and it came with SELs and lug holes.
When I got my late Y-series TT Blue Sub later that same year, the lug holes had vanished. JJ

GMT-Master II 16710LN SEL w/holes
I currently have a pair of 16710LN with SEL and lug-holes (not for long - on the sales forum). They are a P and a Y-serial shown with my recently acquired '68 Tudor Sub.

Seriously, every day I wonder whether I should get a Coke GMT instead of a Sea-Dweller. My conditions are that it would have to be a lug-holes case, SEL and SuperLuminova.

hey crew, i figured this would be the thread to announce my new acquisition...
it's a PRISTINE p-serial 16710 that i purchased for a great price off of another rolex wearer here in honolulu. he kept it in a safety deposit box since purchasing it, and i think he's on his way to purchasing a daytona. previously i've had lug holes and hollow end links, and then sel with no lug holes. now i've finally landed with the best of both worlds. so... with no further ado... this is a great thread by the way... |
