I ask this because if you are lucky enough to buy a Daytona at retail, you could sell it and basically fully fund a SubC at retail, or at least cut the cost down to around $1-2k.

Is the Daytona at retail worth more to YOU than the ability to leverage it for a basically free/low cost sub?

I know where I shake out—keep the Daytona because I love it, but am curious to see what others would do.
I’d take 1 all day long! First, I have a 116610LN so having the 116500 completes my SEAL collection. Even if I didn’t have the sub, the DaytonaC is the harder watch to get. I’d get the Daytona and get on a list for the sub. That watch would be way easier to get and would only be a slight premium over retail on the grey market.

So can I have the Daytona now?

I don't care how "exclusive" a ss daytona is. It's not limited nor is it rare. I'd take the sub 100%

Unless you can purchase another at msrp, i say keep it.

It's easier to make $10K these days than to find a Daytona at MSRP.

Agree. It brings a new topic into the mix. Participate of
You want. Same for nicknames, polishing, etc.
