You can buy one from your AD, where you bought your Batman!

The UK is slightly different. Until Q2 22 you could order a Jubilee if you had the Oyster. I purchased mine from Rolex through the AD. Price was £1700 (inc vat).
Q3 22 Rolex stopped this due to the demand of the Jubilee bracelet as an item on its own. Their primary is to make the bracelet to be sold with the watch, not as an accessory. I believe this is still the case in the UK. If you have the Jubilee, you can still order the Oyster. |

I just returned from my AD after reading this yesterday. They verified my watch first and then offered to order a jubilee for $2200. The sales rep thought it may be cheaper if I were trading in the oyster but he didn’t seem very sure about that.

How did this work? Your AD called Rolex directly?

Follow up - I called RSC in NY and they said recently they updated their policy to allow swapping of the bracelet but not outright buy the jubliee.

imo if you bought a gmt on oyster, the oyster is your property outright. if rolex is keeping my oyster, than the jubilee should be on a 1:1 exchange basis with no additional cost to me.
in other words, why would i give back my oyster to rolex for free when i already bought it? |

The SA brought the watch back to the jeweler who verified the model (perhaps serial#?) and then they came back to say they could order the bracelet. They told me they can only order it if it was available for that model.

If you trade your Oyster in for a Jubilee, what does Rolex do with older Oyster bracelets ?

Update. My ordered jubilee came into my AD today. You can get one if you have a good relationship with your AD

Everyone here believes they get preferred treatment from their AD... LOL There are some available in the classified section here for immediate purchase... It all boils down to whether you want to play the AD games, or just want the NIB Jubilee tomorrow.. good luck . |

I purchased an Oyster bracelet for my BLRO at RSC NY last year. $1,900, they verified my ID and I assume matched to the warranty info on file, mandatory to have the Oyster bracelet installed on the spot, and they let me keep my original Jubilee bracelet . |

I honestly don't know. It's been the case recently, that going from Oyster to Jubilee is much harder. For a while RSC NY wasn't even selling a jubilee bracelets; and it still might be the case.

Yep...its not AD...Rolex just doesnt send gmt2s on jubilee.
I just got on the waitlist at my AD (same rep that I bought my sub date from) and she flat out told me that the wait for a jubliee gmt2 is very long but if I want oyster, it's doable but even at that, she quoted me at least a year from now as store just doesn't receive a lot of gmt2s in general (or she's lying to me..lol).

Being in the jewelry manufacturing business, I wager this is true, as sad as it makes all of us. The materials of the bracelet are inherently cheap, and most if not all is machine made and finished. Manufacturing cost is likely very low.

You need to understand the Rolex parts group
Bracelet is a major part.
They will "sell" you a Jubilee for pepsi/batmen only if the watch came on jubilee new and yours is damaged. this is called "exchange". Rolex system DOES NOT allow service center to order a Jubilee as an extra bracelet. the computerized system will not let you do it. To sum it up: 1. Pepsi/Batman jubilee is on an exchange base only . 2. Price is >2200$ 3. You need to leave your older damaged jubilee with the service center PRIOR to order . |

“Anything” is “possible.” Just takes the right person willing to go through the effort of something that’s not easily accomplished but certainly possible.
My AD (very large one) got me all brushed 20mm Sub bracelet for my new VTNR jubilee just ~6 weeks ago, which many have said is “impossible.” My spend history w that AD is a single (high horology) piece and no Rolexes at all. (VTNR was a gift and was obtained at another AD in another part of the country) |

Have you tried a RSC? My AD said "yes" to switching my BLRO to Jubilee, then "no", "don't know", "yes" and "no" in that order. Communication from the Mothership was a bit ambiguous apparently. The RSC said "yes", ordered the bracelet and did it. When I told my AD they said it was news to them.
This is a two year old UK perspective. Things may be different for you but if you haven't spoken to one RSC or more it's worth an enquiry. |

On the 21st of Sep my AD told me they had a 126710 BLRO on an Oyster for me, I asked if I could also order a Jubilee, they said yes and ordered it for me.
Yesterday they told me I could pick up both, so today I have both. Not sure what the rules are for Rolex but it was a touch cheaper ($2100) and they did not say I had to turn in the oyster. They asked if I wanted both sized, so now I’m ready to roll with either!!!! |
