What a watch!

I have a big problem though when I think about if I would ever buy a WG DD40... which dial? Green, blue and dark rhodium are all so amazing.

Agreed! It's all about the occasion and choosing the right watch to fit.

Love the chocolate as well, the sunburst effect just makes the watch that much "extra" =)

My AD has the DD40 in the same configuration as your's, and it really is a stunner! I couldn't believe how comfortable that President bracelet is. Smooth as silk to handle.

That excellent photo really brings out the true essence of that watch. Looks much better in the light of day, than in the display case with all the stickers on!

I can't say enough good things about that Day-Date 40. Congratulations!

Cheers,
Carl
Appreciate the kind words Carl!

It looks really Great! Classy.

I went back and forth for a good week before I opted for the RG Daytona, only due to easy Link.

If Rolex engineered a new clasp for it, I would be a 228206 owner...

Lovely watch! Why do you prefer this to the 5960p? Personally contemplating between a 228238 and some sort of a dress Patek and would like to know your thoughts!
