If only one watch, it wouldn't be a Rolex. But for Rolex I would chose OP41 or Daytona 116500 White. Both very comfortable for everyday wearing.

What Rolex would you want for a one watch collection
If things had gone as planned it would have been the Platona but that didn't happen as I couldn't let a couple of watches go at too low a price.
