This one may be my favorite of the new releases. I have the Black Bay Blue (ETA) and really love it. But like you, I hate the lack of bracelet adjustments. The links and clasp are extremely high quality, but I wish the clasp had some version of a glidelock or easylink extension. I end up wearing it on the NATO more often than not - it's way lighter, super comfortable, and just looks really cool (that's obviously subjective).

I agree the bracelet is top quality, but the lack of micro adjustment ( only 3 ) on the clasp may put some people off . I have thought about looking for a pelagos rubber strap, as an alternative to using the NATO . I think the pelagos rubber will fit perfectly given the end links are the same .
