Does the RSC service automatically include a with a bezel change? Or only when you request and agree to pay for it? Will they give me a new bezel for my YG Daytona when I send it in for service?

They told me a bezel "insert" change is part of the fee. I had questioned this as my bezel insert is in perfect condition, but I am just guessing here, but it might have to do with the polishing of the bezel, and case, and the bezel insert has to be removed. That said, I asked if they were going to discard the bezel insert, and no discount would be given for my un-damaged bezel, can I change colors? After asking again, they said they would change it to Pepsi for me.
