Not everyone is a watch guy. Maybe he just has a few watches he likes. When you have billions there is not a watch out there that is going to put a dent in that kind of money.

Beautiful Rolex.
I couldn't agree more, but would also add that gentlemen wear classic things as opposed to following the latest trend.

This man shows good taste....but honestly speaking, he has a large wrist, doesn't the Daytona look like a Ladies watch on him?

Maybe he wears it because he likes it and doesn't care what others think.

It does surprise me the number of posts on here about 'what do you think I should buy?' or 'how does this look?'. It you like it wear it, who cares what others think, it's your money spend it on what you want not on what someone likes.

To me he looks silly wearing a Daytona with a suit and tie. He should buy a Cellini.

Don't think so to be honest. I think it looks great. At the end of the day he can do w/e he wants. Clearly he's doing something right, He can wear a Daytona with a suit and pull it off.

Most Rolex owners are not WIS, and I donīt think he his either. Daytona is popular "statement watch". Many regard that model as a mark of success, because of the previous waiting lists. You had to be somebody to get your hands on one. (I know, the current crisis changed that)
A non wis would probably find it very stupid to buy a vintage DRSD, when you can buy a brand new for less.

Funny that the man with the biggest wallet in the world, has the name slim.

When you are the richest man in the world you wear whatever you want. You are the richest man in the world....think about that #1 in the most competitive game in history!

When you are the richest man in the world you can afford ANY watch. What watch you wear DOES NOT MATTER.. .you ARE the RICHEST MAN IN THE WORLD...

Just wondering, who is the OP to criticize the choices of the one man who can have anything?

Beautiful Rolex.
Very well said indeed! A gentleman buys high quality nice things and never flaunts his success. Those who know this will notice, those who dont know will continue to buy lotto tickets

+1

its much sadder to see people spending money that they don't have on watches that they couldn't afford
