I think the RG sits better against the steel than the YG does, though I'm a huge fan of both types of TT, but for me in a datejust (though I'm not a woman, I think the opinion of style will still apply) I'd do a RG TT Jub with sticks on black.

I think the YG tt looks better on sport models, and the RG tt looks better on dress models.

I think rose gold is pretty much timeless. The only watch I've got in RG is an old GP from the 50's, and it looks great. It's a surprisingly different look from yellow gold and a little warmer looking, to me. However, if you wear other YG with your RG Rolex, the two golds don't match all that well.
