If a woman is wearing a Rolex that makes me think she might be interested in watches and I like that.

Star Ferry has it right Re Hong Kong. Every day I see women wearing late model ceramic bezel SS Subs and GMTs.

Based on some not very scientific observations in malls, restaurants, coffee shops I wouldn't be surprised to be told that more yellow and rose gold Daytonas and green dial 116718LNs were hanging off female than male wrists in Hong Kong these days.

I don't think that I've noticed that many of the traditional lady sized rolexes on younger women's wrists here in recent years.

Frankly, I like to see women wearing Rolex Sports models. A very good combination! :D

Slight Digression: In North Asia, practically everybody knows the approximate list prices of all but the most exotic Rolexes. ADs, window displays with prices, and mass advertising are ubiquitous. I'm certain that Rolex introduced the glacier dials for Pt models so that Chinese market customers could be 99% assured that everyone would know that they weren't wearing white gold or (heaven forbid!) SS.

I've also seen it in HK. Saw a Cathay-Pacific flight attendant wearing an SS Daytona once.

I recently saw a female salesperson at a Rolex AD wearing a Sub Date. She said she has had it for a year and she loves it. It's good to know that she enjoys the watches that she sells.

My wife constantly wears a red 1680. I taught her how to adjust the bracelet in the 93150 clasp so that it doesn't slide up her arm. It looks great on her, casual or dressed up.

Yep, you see women and girls everywhere here in HK wearing ceramic Subs and GMTs, from shop assistants on up. I wonder if that's why Rolex added the extra removable links on the later model bracelets...

At my AD, the female sales manager wears a Green ceramic Sub as her daily beater, and the polar Exp 2 as her backup. Both look great on her.

It's a shame Rolex doesn't make the Sub and GMT in a size 34-36 with the exact same proportions as the 40. The other lady Rolex's often seem so tacky.
Absolutely. I think this would be a great idea.

See lots of female celebrities wearing Daytonas.
Ellen, Mel B., Miley Cyrus and many more.
The Daytona case is smaller and less bulky, maybe why so many women wearing.
