It would seem that style loses to utility... Why not a YG DD?

Yacht-master. When the ZA apocalypse hits I'm jumping on the boat and sailing to a remote island.

Obviously the unlisted Milgauss is the right choice.

You need to do medical tests to find a cure for the zombie plague and can't be taking your watch on and off near equipment...

Which Rolex would you take on a Zombie Apocalypse?

I'd take my gmt2. I can use it as a compass and second time zone but not sure why time would matter anymore.
Hey it's a real topic even FEMA/CDC on their site has a preparedness guide for the ZA.
Maybe if they focused on real emergencies they might be a useful organization.

White Gold Sub, cause you still need to be classy even in a Zombie apocalypse! And you may need to trade a link or two for some Food or something?!?!?

Explorer II. the bezel is less likely to snag anything than a Sub/GMT bezel. it's also less likely to shatter.

the 24 hour hand and date would be useful as well

Many people won't recognize it as a Rolex. Which is good, since crime will be rampant during the zombie apocalypse

While the additional time zones may not be essential, the GMT can be used as a compass!

Would we attack camps that we're say all Omega wearing people or would befriend them? Also would we form our own camp?
Just trying to figure out our game plan here.

Seadweller, but I'll have a machete so I can take what ever I want from one of the zombies. Some of them have got to be wearing Rolex.

Daytona. Would use the chronograph to time zombie's speed from point A to point B, to see if I can outrun them. If nothing else, I might just have my brain eaten with style. Daytona on my wrist style. Seriously, wristwatch would be the least of concern come zombie apocalypse.

It's funny. I actually used to keep a solar G-Shock around as my "apocalypse" watch, but, since I never wore it, I gave it to a friend. Is this zombie thing happening soon? Maybe I'll get another.

A lot of G-Shocks are solar powered, so, barring nuclear winter, it's probably the smart way to go. :)

DSSD peeps, you know how hard it is to slide a pack on and off with a watch on, none the less a watch the size of a tuna can!!! (Ok not that big lol). Gotta go straight submariner here.

Didn't any of you read the thread about the tourneau sales person? He said the DSSD can't be worn with a suit, and can't be worn during a zombie apocalypse. Too cumbersome!

DSSD hands down, strap it to a baseball bat and it doubles as a mace.

All jokes aside, I would never take any mechanical watch into a life or death situation. Give me a solar powered g-shock.
My thoughts exactly
