Congrats it looks great! I agree it wears a little larger than 39mm would suggest. I could never make up my mind whether it was too large for my wrist or not, so I decided to err on the side of caution and keep it -- very happy with the decision.

...I recently purchased a new Explorer from an AD. Got a small discount, a glass of happy, a couple of Rolex magazines and a Wolf winder in the transaction. What a great feeling!

I would. I have bought a few "high end" watches - some through ADs locally, some through ADs remotely, some used, etc. I think right now, It makes sense to go through an AD because getting those particular model second-hand, wasn't much less than buying new. Another year or so and maybe that will change.
