If I'm picking out a Rolex sports watch from amongst these three choices, then I'm choosing the Submariner every time. Personally, I just don't care for either the Millgauss or the Yacht-Master. Enjoy your new watch!

I engage in many sporting activities, and I love the look, reliability and durability of a good sports watch. But I would not wear my Rolex for any of those activities.

But if I did, it would be the Sub, hands down.

Sub as the all round sporty, the other two are for more specialised wearing.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those guys that is against wearing a Rolex sports watch for sporting, but there are better options for a dedicated action watch.

Sub, if you have to choose between these three...

But I have chosen Daytona on rubber strap for sport activities. I find it much more comfortable and it has a useful chronograph.

Get a Sub but like others have stated a Suunto, Gshock, or similar for use during your activities.

Unsurprisingly most folks in this thread go for the Sub. Personally I don't like the looks of the six digits Sub. I love the Yacht-Master, that to me is the perfect luxury sports watch if you like of touch of class. If you're more into rugged tool watch, get the new Sea-Dweller 126600, the Super Sub wth beautiful tapered lugs and larger bracelet, it's an amazing piece. If you fancy something cool and uncommon, the Milgauss is for you. Basically you need to know which variation of a sports watch sings to you the most: classy, rugged, interestingly eccentric.

The Sub is the standard just like the Porsche 911 is the standard. When you add up what you are getting with history, balance and performance, they have become the default for a reason for decades.
