It's not an Explorer, but an OP 36mm with blue sunburst dial. Had one like this a couple of years ago. And - look at the dial; it reads Oyster P... not Explorer ;)

Thanks for explaining that; I was just about to. I've seen the OP hands switched out for the Exp ones. I think that mod would be amazing on this watch, fwiw.
