My Explorer makes a noise that keeps me awake when I wear it at night.

I don't sleep with my watch on unless I'm in a plane or something like that.

I do sleep with a watch. It's a habit in my sleepiness to look at my wrist and it doesn't hurt my eyes like my phone does (even in night mode).

Sometimes I wear this Citizen dive watch which is so easy to read at night. The quality of this case is unbelievably impressive.

I find I lay on my arm in weird ways when I sleep - likely just add to bracelet stretch with where my wrist and the watch would end up. Also, good to give my write and the skin a little time to breath around there. But it does sit on a nice cloth on my nightstand :)

I think that I’ve read that some sleep in their Rolex watches.
Is that true?
Thanks.
I don't sleep in my Rolex watches.

But I do wear them while sleeping.

If you live with family members or relatives, and in an "open" environment where they can just invite relatives or their friends, I could imagine that I'd want the watch in my wrist at all times, Rolex or no.

It's not that I don't trust my family; but the people they invite over may not always have the best of intentions. Plus I don't want to burden them with looking after my valuables.

If I were living alone, then yeah I feel I have the freedom and security to wear my watches or leave them anywhere I please.

To answer the thread, no i don't sleep wearing watches. It feels weird; it would be like sleeping with shoes on. But when travelling, no choice have to keep it on for security reasons.

Yes, 24/7

I wake up several times at night and check the time. I feel weird without my watch on.

I wear a fitbit on my right wrist and a watch from my collection on my left wrist.

I only wear the fitbit when I am asleep, for no other reason other than habit.

Every once in a while I do. Sometimes I pass out watching TV and then I'm so tired I just leave it on when I go to bed.
