Rolex already announced they were going to release new models sometime this year.

I think he is referring to that known fact and you are over analyzing it.

Where did you see that? I thought that it was all speculation.

BLNR GMT. If not that, maybe an all black GMT? I just don't see Tudor going back to co-branding watches with Rolex again. I know everyone on the forums wants a Tudor sub, but they already have 2 popular dive watches. Why add a 3rd that will steal sales from the other two?

Other possiblity will be more variants of the BB58. New colors, but I don't see a BB58 GMT.

I heard Mike mention the "bestseller" and immediately thought it had to a bb58 variant. Can't wait to find out what they're planning...

Please use the Black Bay 58 case and release more versions of that and/or the Tudor Sub.

As it is the 50th anniversary of the Tudor Monte Carlo, I am seriously hoping that it will be a 50th anniversary edition of it.

Tudor 7431

(From Tudor)
A THC With proper dimensions and I’d be all over it.

Man. As much as I’d love a proper Monte Carlo they did a heritage release already with muted response.

Likely the BB58 style with, dare I say, a matte dial from the P01?

Muted response??

Well, on every watch site I participate in it was a huge hit and singlehandedly brought Tudor back from the abyss. Not only new watch buyers but seasoned collectors were praising it's release. Sure, there were a few clutching their pearls about the add on chrono module, but the THC has clearly been seen as a brand resurrection success.

Still the best watch in the Tudor catalog today.

And I have a Blackbay and have had others in the past.

If it gets the new Breitling calibre, oh boy.

The THC released in 2010 put Tudor back on the map and the THC Blue released in 2013 along with the Black Bay line solidified Tudor’s presence in markets it had previously vacated. That is hardly a muted response.

I get that many want more Rolex lookalike from Tudor year after year but me personally would love more Tudor DNA releases

Agree.

There’s nothing wrong with a chrono module.

I appreciate some see it as an untraditional way to mod a base calibre or it’s a pain to work on but, but it’s kept pricing low for a Rolex TUDOR chrono and the case and everything else punches above it’s weight.

I would like them to release something different and a bit funky (P01 like) but suspect we will get a new colour way on the BB58 - blue bezel perhaps....

Where did you see this mock up? There have been a few renders of “new” Tudor colour ways for existing models done on various platforms. I always enjoy seeing what people come up with.

Out of curiosity Im not sure if anyone has visited the Tudor Website lately but its had a revamp! Maybe in preparation for a new release...

I just saw that! Interesting. I actually kind of preferred the previous color theme because it matched the logo. The interface is definitely a lot more non wis oriented, I assume to cater to the more general public.

I could be wrong but I can not see Tudor going Pepsi ---> Batman just like Rolex did. Too easy in my opinion.

My thought would be in order from most to least likely...

1. BB58 new color
2. BB GMT white dial with Pepsi bezel
3. Two Tone BB58
4. Two Tone BB GMT
5. BB58 GMT

Tudor S&G in another size would be cool, like 58.

I guess that possible but hopefully not. Would be a fairly lame release just to release the batman in Tudor GMT. Especially as there appear to still be some movement issues I doubt they would push another release out (unless they think they have fixed). I’d love to see the GMT in the 58 but not sure how they could introduce the GMT module without thickening a bit and then starting to lose the aesthetic.

Im not sure what they will release but different colour variants of the 58 seems a no brainier given its success.

I for one am hoping for a panda style chrono either in BB form or the THC Style, especially given that the THC celebrated its 50th anniversary this year. My personal preference would be a a mix of the two so panda style black bay chrono dial with THC handset and a rotating black bezel. Id love to see this! Any photoshops welcomed...

I am in for a smaller Monte Carlo. The last release was too bulky on the wrist with long lugs.

I stand corrected. I made the classic mistake of using my own antecdotal experiences in my community where many who purchased have since sold.

No worries. I've done the same and it's easy to think our experiences are the same for others.

Perhaps an unpopular opinion but wouldn't mind seeing a 58 w/ date window.
