Nope. Never like Roman numerals on a dial.

I agree. DD40, that is.

I have both DJ41s. The blue dial, in my opinion is not a formal watch to me. They both look great and for overall functionality, I would pick the sticks. The combination of doomed bezel and oyster bracelet of my sticks DJ41, it is a GADA watch for me.

I think it depends on your personal style and, less so but still a factor, age. I personally like both Roman numerals and lumed sticks, and recently almost bought a very smart looking blue DJ with white gold Roman numerals. But it just felt a bit like an older gentleman’s watch, to me anyway, so I passed.

I found myself asking a few friends what they also thought about the DJ, and I reflected that that was a sign (for me anyway, as I am normally more decisive) that I shouldn’t go through with it.

Reiterating that I am a fan of both, and would really be chuffed to have either.

this is my favorite Datejust combination so I guess I'm a Roman numerals fan.

I'd say without. Too cluttered looking on a watch dial.

Watch with sticks is the nicer of the 2, imo.

I really like the Ghost Romans on the old DJII, hence why I have one.

I like both but glad I went Romans on my newer DJ41 as well for the added character they give.
