I have both and prefer the extra depth and green accents of the Wimbledon dial

I like the silver between the two.

The silver is more versatile in my opinion but you really can't go wrong with either one.

Regardless of what dial you choose, its already a classic with the Fluted Bezel and Oyster bracelet. Smooth bezel with Jubilee just doesn't work for me.....it feels like something is missing......and it is!!!!

If you choose the silver dial, are you using sticks or Roman numerals???

If you love them hugely and equally, I would go for the one that is easier to acquire and/or costs the less money.

Here's another angle. If you don't love one of them enough to just buy it without asking for the opinions of people who will not be spending your money, have you actually hit on your dream watch yet?

Both I can get front an AD for the same price. Not too sure what you mean by in the second part. Just really like these two options. Neither would be a dream watch for me, more so want a fluted datejust to add to the collection.
Currently sitting on an explorer 1 & 2 plus a couple of seikos.

Those two appeal to me more than the more. However still very nice.

Classic silver with batons for sure.
The Wimbledon dial to me is a bit of a disaster... the single baton at 9 makes no sense at all.
