If I'm reading that right, it's a 29% difference in your favour. Seems a bit wide. Rolex usually pitch their MSRP to prevent such discrepancies.

Any import tax, local taxes, etc. to pay?

If I was looking at a genuine 29% discount on new, AD supplied watch that I wanted and had funds set aside for, I would not be hesitating.

The Dealers corporate office may have a policy, but that isn't "Rolex".

That said, Dealers know that today they can sell every model they carry at MSRP, so why discount to you when the next guy in the door will pay list.

Oh no sorry! I wasn't referring to ROLEX list prices but the swedish currency SEK relative to the danish DDK in generel. Partly because of Swedens kind of aparte Corona-strategy, the ratio has grown the last coupe of months. I have no information to back me up, I was just assuming rolex had the same list price as before even though the currency was dropping.

No extra taxes, only the 25% you always pay

Sorry. I was getting all excited there for a minute.

Oh well. At least that's my cardio done for today :)

These days I’d rather have the watch in the case instead of a discounted receipt in the drawer.

Doesn’t matter what model it’s always worth asking. Worst they can say is no and then it’s your choice if you buy it retail or not. DJ31 never struck me as being an in demand model so why not chance it and see. Good luck!!
