If they're genuine I wouldn't care. I'd wait and see if Rolex would even pick up on this during a standard service.

I don't really understand the fascination with "errors." If you bought a new car and the door handle didn't match, would you think it was cool and collectible, or a problem that the dealer should fix right away?
Especially with something like lume not matching. Anyone could open a watch and swap out the correct hands for the wrong hands and attain the same rarity and look. I'd rather things be right rather than unique, but if you like it like that, that's all that matters.
