I know.. but what to do, it was take it or leave it offer..
If i had buy in chrono it would cost me even higher. Because to ship in my country i would need to pay +20% custom tax.

Yea I understand that but an AD can’t and should not sell over MSRP. This is illegal and put them into a grey dealer category.

Against Rolex policy / Dealer Agreement, yes
...but are you sure this is illegal? It wouldn't be where I live or any place I've visited.
