I am purist, while I dont mind dial swaps, I would only do it personally if the new dial was an option for the watch originally. With that said, I would NOT go through Rolex if they keep the original dial. (thats giving them thousands of dollars in some cases.

Last year RSC Houston replaced the Black dial on my 216570 with a Polar. Wasn't a problem. Cost over $500 and RSC kept the old dial and hands.

Great info amd some stunning pieces in here.
Has anyone had an issue with rolex RSC refusing to service a Daytona that has had a dial swap? I would hape that no matter what dial I choose to swap to, Rolex would still service the watch if needed. |
