My favorite Planet Ocean by far! I have the 8500 series that came out right after that (worn in skyfall) and loved it, but I always wanted this version. I almost pulled the trigger on a BNIB for $7k back in 2020 from a trusted seller on Omegaforum and I'm regretting not getting it everyday.

I love the new ones but the thickness is an issue. This sits perfect to the wrist. And looks just stunning. It’s not too late, you can get one now if you look in great shape for 7k (and make reasonable offers to sellers). That’s what I did!

Congratulations! In my opinion, this is the best Planet Ocean ever made. I have the original standard 42mm version in white and it has served me well. The new ones, like most Omegas these days, are way too thick.
