It's an ad, not a catalog.

Yes not long till the expectation, then the disappointment, the anger, the hysterics, followed by the acceptance, and finally the love.

I agree the green/black destro has not been as popular as the BLRO and BLNR but I think its sales as a “lefty” are enough to keep it going for awhile. |

Every reference gets discontinued at some point.
There are always rumors of this or that being discontinued. This is always only speculation spread by grey dealers so they can bump their prices and sell higher. |

The Pepsi has come and gone lots of times. I hope that never changes. It's departure only leads to evolutions.

I think we will get a whole new GMT line this year. Slightly larger, same colors.

Steel Pepsi discontinued. WG stays and comes with the added option of a jubilee. Root beer also gets jubilee and the grey/black gets an oyster option. That's my prediction.

That's fair but you are comparing the discontinuation of a dial compared to the watch itself.

The Sub could get away with it because it already wore a bigger glidelock clasp.

I don't dislike it but it's just not my cup of tea. I was offered one at an AD I am not really even a customer of. Had minimal sales history there, mostly jewelry for the wife. Struck up a conversation with the Rolex sales manager and was told they had one available if I wanted it. That would never happen with the other references in the GMT lineup in that situation. The discontinuation of the 41 OP's after such a short run is hard to understand considering the popularity of them. Some believe it was Rolex trying to kill the feeding frenzy on the secondary market. Maybe. |

Pepsi and Sprite discontinued???

I wouldn’t pay attention to what the used dealers are listing at. Only way to truly find out is to offer one to a used dealer and see what they will pay for it. I bet you’ll be shocked that they are probably paying list or less. The inventory they have now is stuff that was probably bought at an inflated price and they can’t take a hit. Rumours increase talk, talk increases interest which then will most likely sell. Wouldn't be surprised if rumors started with the corporate reps.

I can't see the Sprite being it long. It's a niche watch, majority of people don't want a left handed watch. I can't see Rolex keeping it in the lineup as long as the BLNR is.
That bring said that video shows nothing, they were showcasing the GMT...1 model in each metal...1 steel, 1 2tone and 1 full Gold. Sent from my SM-S916W using Tapatalk |

There is good chance this year (GMT 70th anniversary) the gmt case and bracelet will be updated, and will be similar to the Submariner. Narrower lugs and 21mm lug width. With this move the full black model is likely to come back and a new coke gmt is definitely in the cards for this year.

This seems like a good possibility to me. We’ve had the Sub and the Daytona upsized so far. Seems logical that the GMT’s turn is coming. Eventually at least… |

AD in Switzerland also said Pepsi has become quite rare, even got more SS Daytona than Pepsi in 2023. Now if it's gonna be discontinued is another story but it is a possibility.

My AD who allocated a Daytona to me a couple years back advised me that Rolex had a production issue with the GMT line and that's why there was a slow down in productions.

..there is also speculation the 75th would be more of a milestone to commerorate.. ...and don't forget we got a new GMT last year (the GRNR).. ....and we got a new GMT lefty/sprite the year before that too! I think all we would see this year in the GMT line is a discontinuation of a reference if anything. |
