Picked up the 6119R yesterday. My wife went in to a new Patek dealer (as of Christmas or so) about 2 weeks ago and put me on the list and said she wanted to get it for my anniversary. Two weeks later it was in stock.

They told me they moved her to the front of the line (some but not huge spend history). I question as to if there really was a line.

That being said they said they expect only 2-3 of these to hit the store there this year.

It’s a beautiful watch. The band is darker in real life than the Patek website suggests. The cloud de Paris hobnail dial is stunning in real life. It’s my first Patek and I love it.

The strap is quite stiff but as others have said it will loosen up quickly.
