Quick question, everyone else with the SD happen to hear the rotor spinning as well?

I’ve never heard the rotor (not that I’ve tried to hear it), but it does feels bit “gritty” when I wind it. I’ve read somewhere that that’s known.

snow, white gold and white dial. Perfecto

looks great on your rest, not large at all! why people keep criticizing its size then and it wears too big?

I can’t see why you’d get obsessed. I mean apart from the functionality, design, accuracy, wrist presence, and overall good looks it’s got nothing going for it.

Thanks! Whether it is big or not is subjective ... for me it is fine. Lug to lug is 50mm (I think), so if top of your wrist is wider than that it should be fine.

Hi everyone. New SkyD wearer.

Hi folks. Newbie here. Thought I would say hello in the Sky-Dweller thread first. So here we go - Hello.

Picked up these 2 beauties last week. What a combo.

CORRECTION

Seems I can't post images until I have made 10 posts. Oh well. 9 to go.

What is happening to the secondary market prices of SkyD? Why so steep increase as of late? Even used ones at Chrono24 start from EUR 15 000! And NOS blue starts from EUR 20 000.

Is the black dial a sunburst or a glossy black? I keep seeing photos that look conflicting (although the photos that appear to be sunburst may just be the blue dial in the lighting).
