Just posted video, and must say am viewing it on an 86" monitor... wow this timepiece impresses! The new movement, especially when seen on this large monitor, is stunning
Great video work

This is what Ive been waiting for in the pioneer line. The green looks great. They did that color on endeavors and venturers in the past and it was lovely. Now, if they did their red; I don’t think I could resist. 40mm red pioneer on a bracelet would have me jumping Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Just joined the Moser club! Always wanted a pilot's watch. Been a fan of Moser for awhile and when this came out a couple of years ago loved it. Different than anything else I have. |

The H. Moser Thread
Today, I received the half link system for my Streamliners. This makes the fit MUCH better. Streamliner links are rather large, so every adjustment seemed to by either too tight or too loose. This fixes that. No it’s not a micro adjust like vacheron or czapek, but this allows a more proper fit.
The system works by having the end pieces, by the clasp, slightly larger. This adds just under 3mm to overall length. The Moser part number is 18239. I asked my AD to order and they had these in about two weeks. Installed new end pieces Comparison: new on top, old on bottom Side by side - new on right. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk up |

I think Moser need to slow down with the amount of LE's they produce. Seems to be one a week they are releasing.
But as for red watches that does look very nice |

I agree with this. They discontinue and launch new ones too quickly. They seem to be on a constant cycle to bring out new stuff and it's not helping the old watches retain value.

I almost bought the Arctic Blue Pioneer 40mm because of the preowned pricing, but I knew that the green one was really the one for me. So I sucked it up and paid the new price. I did wonder how I would feel once the green ones started to pop up secondhand and less than 3 months after my purchase, one recently has for the requisite significant discount.
And you know what, I'm surprisingly completely fine with it. It's likely do to my complete satisfaction with the watch itself, but also the level of confidence I had about how much I would like it before purchase. |

Same can be said for Czapek. I love both brands and own their products but man it stings should you get wondering eyes |

That's why you only add. That's my goal. Plus the market is getting back to normal, and so the past bubble becomes far more evident (and financially silly). The music played, we danced and drank and went a bit crazy.
Welcome to the 'hangover' part of the economy. There will be interesting deals ahead until the next big bubble. Shop smart. Shop S-Mart. PS: If you want an investment, try very rare / important cars, certain paintings, etc. Real wealth 'stuff'.

Went to check out the purple haze streamliner today and it’s really great. Ultimately I decided it was similar enough to my blue one that I declined to purchase, but I was sorely tempted to become a two streamliner guy. The differences were significant and the execution impressive, but on the wrist the feel was too similar, I think that’s what it boiled down to.
Interestingly in these photos the purple is way zanier and the blue more subdued than it seemed to my eyeballs in the shop. The blue has more appealing proportions if you tune in, but tbh they’re very similar. The revised movement on the center seconds is quite nice, better in reality than photos convey. Whether brands like it or not - resale is important to many buyers. I like to switch things up in the collection every so often and have a 1 in 1 out policy. I really feel Moser should be a doing a better job. Just as I feel they should improve their finishing and bring it up to par with the the likes of Ferrier or Lange.

I got to try on the 40mm blue Pioneer a few weeks back and maybe it was the lighting in the AD but it was the most vibrant dial I've ever seen pretty sure you can see it from the moon. Very well executed but a bit too much flash for my personal taste. Definitely the right size for the majority of people though fit fantastic.

Awesome. They both look great. I’ve got the salmon dial, so would definitely go with the blue small seconds for something a bit different. What a great dial, size, proportions, and micro rotor movement. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

To be fair I wanted both. But it felt like an overindulgence, and I like to keep the collection small. So blue only (for now!) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
