Same here. I am actually considering the first one, the Superocean 42 with rubber and tang buckle. This model puts off some nice beach summer vibes. I’ll probably need order a short strap from Breitling. The diver pro rubber straps are only $75.

Possible Chrono-Matic
Greetings to the real Breitling collectors.

I joined this forum & thread simply because I had no other way to possibly determine if the watch shown in the pictures is a real Breitling. Frankly, I never thought I'd own one, but I found this in a flea market in Vienna recently. Now, it may be just a really good fake, but the weight and look attracted me.

I'd be satisfied if it is nothing but a knock-off, because it is really beautiful and runs perfectly. Yet, I'm still just a bit curious.

Clearly, the face has the look of a Breitling. It has very solid weight. The back has these notations: (1) 2004 Hercules, Chronograph, Certifie, Chronometer. (2) Manufacture, EN, Suisse, Etanche, 300M, 4 Jewels. Plus the number GK2188.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If it's not real, so be it. If it is, I'd love to know what model and whether I could find a manual for it because other than keeping good time, I have no idea what the other controls are supposed to do.
