OP is that the BLACK BAY FIFTY-EIGHT BRONZE? If so, is like my Panerai bronzo in which it changes color over time and one has to clean with lemon and sprite (or whatever you use)? Or maybe the tudor bronze mix is more stable?

Yes. The top row, 3rd from the left is solid bronze. It is a "Tudor Boutique" exclusive. It was my latest acquisition...Just got it last week so I cannot speak to it getting a patina and/or toning.

I've read that it is more "stable'," as you put it.

Wow, I thought I had too many Black Bays in my collection. Btw, you’re missing the Harrod’s edition:)

Anyway hey I understand and probably agree with your strategy, 10 years ago you buy a bunch of Rolexes and keep them NOS stickered youd be doing pretty well, so whose to question Tudor cant have a similar (albeit smaller) benefit, especially if you like them. Plus getting the Tudors has obviously helped you expand your Rolex collection too, without buying stuff like Panerai, Cartier, Omega etc with more depreciation built in.0 Also I support your decision of getting a second silver. One to wear and enjoy the tarnishing, the other to keep sealed. In years to come after its discontinued, the sealed NOS one may be a rare condition item since everyone thinks Tudors are for beating around, including myself right now. Here are my Tudors, have room for another, love the Uncle Seiko on the GMT! |

Would the Heritage BB be coveted like the Submariner is now say in 25-30 years time?
