Yes, clearly the thickness of the 41BB GMT does not come from the movement! I love the Opaline dial but refuse to buy it given the thickness. Recently picked up a BB58 GMT and love it. The mid case is still thicker than I would like but tolerable.

If they did a BB58 GMT in Pepsi with Opaline it would be instant buy, but sadly dont think thats going to happen.

Not hands on but I believe that's what the spec says. It's a 42mm watch. I believe the idea it to wear it outside the jacket as aviators used to wear not on a bare wrist.

12.7mm thickness is still beefy for me.
But ultimately it depends how comfortable it wears on the wrist.

Dial, hands, bezel all look great!

It looks good but I don't think my small wrist can pull it off.

Love it and want one. Has a Glycine Airman vibe coupled with a smattering of Explorer II and don't mind the vintage lume look. Also love orange on any watch.

I agree Dan, I don't see anything here to entice me over their current GMT lineup.

Good looking watch but I'd prefer bright white for the markers / hands etc.

Anyone else really turned off by the fixed lugs Tudor has on their FXD line? Fixed spring bars make is so limiting...

This doesn't have fixed spring bars, the case is machined with the fixed part being contiguous with the rest of the case. Essentially the holes for the strap appear to be drilled into the case. Not for me.

Yeah sorry, spring bars would be an incorrect terminology. But yeah i was referring to the inability to fit anything else but a Nato strap onto it.

Love this one. Great idea to match the lume color between the 24 hour bezel and GMT hand. Real easy to read in the dark. Only item I'd change is the strap. I'd put on a 3 or 5 ring Zulu.

Just received an email about this from our local AD - £4k here in the UK.

Those who want to complete the 'larping as a member of the French military' look can presumably pick up a Peugeot P4 on Ebay and some camo fatigues from Amazon.

Too many things on going on this watch plus strap looks bit too low hand “mall” watch.
Faux patina I can’t comment till I see in face.

Anyone else think this release (as well as the 58GMT) leaves no excuse for the OG BBGMT not to go on a diet soon!
