Ask for a watch that you believe is unattainable and tell them in a nice way if they deliver on the unattainable watch no big deal.

Haha there’s probably a 0.0001% chance they’d go for that, and if they replace the card it’s a non issue. I may try to get a deal on a Cartier for my pain and suffering though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I got my first Rolex after the AD screwed up on an issued with another watch. If you’re reasonable about it, you’d be surprised. A lot of times they’ll give you consideration on something else. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

What I have learned to do when I purchase from an ad is ask for a insurance replacement value paper I'm not sure exactly what it's called but it lists proof of purchase the watch serial number the value of the purchase so that you can have a history I don't know if Rolex themselves at their service department would accept such a thing in the place of a warranty card you could ask your ad or just write a letter to Rolex.

Bumping this thread with an update.
AD was able to replace the card. I was made whole. No issues, just took a month or two. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Once again, you proved that just staying cool and being kind is a wonderful first option. I’m confident the AD will remember how you handled things on your next “request”. Continue to wear in the best of health! |
