I also own the RG Insight Micro-Rotor but I think they are quite different dial and movement side. |

Another update:
I have seen the L2L measurements of the Origine at ACM website and at 51mm, it is too big for my wrist. Hence I contacted the friendly watchmaker and asked about the possibility to reduce the L2L to 48mm. Within hours, I received a reply that they have also received a few other requests to reduce the L2L and they will machine a batch of short lugs to accommodate all our wrists at no additional cost to us. I am so impressed and simply cannot imagine that level of service from bigger manufacturers. Sylvain and his team are such a joy to work with. I can't wait to wear my Origine |

My pleasure.
Providing another update - during IAMWATCH, I invited Sylvain to a yakitori joint where we chatted a lot about his expanded team, the stopping of the Origine production, skiing, St Croix workshop and other stuff. He also has a blue dial Origine with him and I really like this dial. IMG_20241029_221636_(700_x_950_pixel).jpg We discussed about the various dial colours and how they will integrate with the gold balance bridge, and I will be amending my dial colour after much thoughts. It's not 100% confirmed but the combi should work very well and I too hope one day he brings my Origine to showcase to other aspiring owners in events like this. Will update again of course |
