I mean the VTNR literally goes for more on secondary than BLNR, so either they’re both flops or both still high demand pieces. You can’t really say one is a high demand and other is a flop….

There's been a Pepsi bezel in the catalog since the GMT-Master was introduced in 1954. I doubt it will be discontinued.

The VTNR is brand new and not as saturated in the secondary market, so it still sells for more to those initially interested in it, mainly our left handed, GMT friends. This won't last. Most SS GMT enthusiasts are not interested and would turn it down if offered. The BLNR and BLRO are much more popular and require a much longer AD wait, despite being available much longer. And it's not even close. |

I agree with you. Not sure if it would “shoot through the roof” but would appreciate. Either way, it’s a desirable GMT, like all the SS versions. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

A Lot of Pepsi 2024 incominges reported these days, and on Insta auctions in Gulf States. I doubt it will be discontinued. Most probably production is in batches, and Rolex was concentrating on other Rolex models.

Maybe the smaller incoming number during the last and alleged increase in deliveries during January means that at least part of Pepsi production was moved to Le Vivier SA industrial park in Villaz-Saint-Pierre.
They are building three new factories, due to open in the next couple of years. The Vivier one should be temporary, but also the only one which was planned to start working in 2024. |

The red and blue aluminum bezel left the catalog in 2007 and took 7 years to return on Cerchrom in white gold. I agree, it will not be discontinued. |

If any GMT is for discontinuation I think more likely the Sprite goes. I just cannot see why they would do a long run of this one.....

Perhaps they will retain the pepsi bezel in WG model and replace pepsi with coke in stainless steel lineup

The GMT will move to 41mm with more tapered lugs, BLNR gets retired in SS and offered in white gold only, LN and Coke return.

The best solution is for Rolex to announce they are ending their business, shutting down all their factories and stop production completely! Then everybody will be happy and can go around chanting that “my watch has been discontinued” while carrying a banner saying the same message! After all, it seems people are more interested in looking whether their watches are discontinued rather than enjoying what’s on their wrist anyway!

I was just watching the ad and the Pepsi is IN the video at the 10 seconds mark. It’s just shown in dark lighting with bright lume. I took a screen shot and edited the pic by lightening it. I did not add any other effects. As you can see, it’s obviously the Pepsi!. So the only current SS GMT I don’t see in the video is the Sprite. To me it’s a hint that the Sprite will be gone this year. Not too much longer to find out!.

In the video we can see the same airplane reverse view as per when the lefty was released. My guess is a new lefty is coming up but which one CHNR ? BLRO ? BLNR?
Could Rolex have decided to have all GMTs with both right and left option ? The wait is over soon but what's sure is speculations are way more fun than the actual releases. |

I don't think so, both are not that old.
