Wow, thank you all for the kind wishes and warm welcome.
Here’s another pic from our dinner the other night:
Dessert and Sparking Blue Sub , champagne present but not
in pic ...

Florida key lime pie and strawberry cannoli.

First off congrats on the new Bluesy.

As for TB shirts/shorts, that’s formal wear around the water.

And with Zoom meetings the shorts are optional....

Casual is shirtless/swim shorts/flip flops...

FMB back at ya!

Your joyous, and very descriptive, comments with regard to your new acquisition is refreshing and infectious: I broadly smiled throughout reading your post!

Congratulations and wear it proudly in good health. Niceties like a Rolex, a fine automobile, a Renoir painting - you name it - are what makes life the beautiful experience it is: I have nothing to gain by your purchase, but it made *me* happy to read about your delight and, well, 'ecstacy,' I'm sincerely happy for you.

Enjoying material possessions is nothing of which to be embarrassed, they exist for that very reason. (A Rolex is about more than simply telling time!)

Keeping perspective in life can be difficult but certainly not impossible. Great possessions do not equate to being a *great* or superior person. A concept which some people do not abide. Your genuine joy is apparent and very sincere so enjoy your Classic classy reference: it looks perfect on you.

I agree with the entirety of what was so nicely written here!

OP, Enjoy this great watch, I know I enjoy mine, which was my first Rolex (I am new to the game, got mine new from the AD on August 7 2019).

I still say that despite the TRF aversion to TT Rolex, they’re becoming immensely popular again.

I like it when people post pictures from further away to get a real sense of what the watch looks like on the wearer.
Thank you sir, I thought I’d give a better view than
just a wrist shot.
