It’s true. I used to buy Rolex watches when they came with Rolex branded polishing cloths and anchors. Back then, Rolex did appreciate their customers. Breitling is a brand that totally appreciates its customers like Rolex used to. Feeling appreciated does increase loyalty.

Even thought I may not understand everything that Kern does with Breitling, he has made himself available on social media and will interact directly with consumers. I had a couple of questions and sent him messages on Linkedin. He replied within a day and also put me in contact with the global head of marketing.

I ordered a Mossie recently and found that it came only with a standard length strap which barely fits me.

I called Breitling USA and the guy there was out of office due to Covid19 but he checked within a few days, even called Switzerland, and confirmed that they are going to make extra length straps soon.

Once they arrive I will be sent one to replace the standard stap. THAT is great customer service. Impressive.

Justin, just make sure that you don't have the audacity to question what it is he is promoting, if you don't agree with him you will get some very interesting responses to your posts!

Wow, I didn't know Breitling would send gifts to customers. I bought two Breitlings (an Aviastar and a Colt) in 1997 in a Breitling promotion in Hong Kong and I got nothing. Any chance I can still claim it if I can present my invoices?

To the best of my knowledge this gifting is done by Breitling USA, you would have to check with your regional distributor and see if they have similar programs.

I've got a few gifts from Breitling over the years but one of my favorites is the coffee cup.

Gotta say - the coffee mug is pretty awesome, and pretty useful.

When I bought my Bell & Ross

the AD gave me a hat and a pair of wired headphones, which actually sounded pretty good.
