Mine loses 2 seconds a day. If left dial up, it gains 2 or 3 seconds overnight. Perfect. The truth is I only take it off at night occasionally - I either forget or can't be bothered.

Doesn’t the sandpaper scratch the bracelet and midcase sides? J/k - the material looked like sandpaper in the photo. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

I use a watch stand with the clasp closed. If rotating, I put it back in my watch winder or watch box.

I leave all of mine in the same general position you have yours but inside a special drawer in their divided soft bins.

Flat with my 3235 based watches. Crown down with my 3135. I use the rest position to either offset deviation when worn or keep it low if hardly affected when worn.

I sleep with my watch on. Never had an issue with comfort or banging it on something inadvertently.

Dial up, nicely cushioned, away from dust in the Carapaz watch case.

Leave it on the kitchen counter at night, and may or may not put it on until mid-day.

I'm definitely with the "wear it to sleep" crowd. It doesn't matter whether it's a Rolex of some other brand; wearing it to bed takes the least amount of work. I've been wearing watches to sleep in for about 60 years and can't see any reason to change the practice. I've heard all the reasons on why not to do it but not one rings true versus the fact that no damage as ever come to a watch, people in close proximity, or things in close proximity through this practice. I don't find it uncomfortable, so there is no reason to change.

Not sure I get the “whole wear it at night”. Does Rolex have a loud audible alarm watch that I’m not aware of?
Most of us wake up to alarm clocks or smart watches. I put my watch on the table in a travel bag. If I need to know what time it is at 3 o’clock I roll over and look at the alarm clock |

Usually leave it on the table and put on my Apple Watch before I go to sleep. I need the silent alarm feature on weekdays.
