She's a beaut as well. I'd like to make that my next watch. Of course by the time I can buy that one, Rolex will have come out with a new GMT model . Maybe I can sweet talk the wife...

I had a chance to buy the TT GMT IIc @ Christmas for around $5000 but I chickened out . It was a pretty good deal but I was getting ready to leave for Afghan. I thought, buy this watch now and I can't wear it for another 15 months. True torture. Maybe another deal like that will come along again.

After reading your review, and actually seeing one in person at an AD, I've moved this one to the top of my list (right next to the SS Daytona). To remind me of how fantastic the blue tones are, I opened the review on my iPhone and captured the lead photo & made it my iPhone wallpaper. I will most likely acquire a new TT Blue Sub by year's end. Thanks for a great review and photos.

Great review. I've always loved the blue Sub. Two different friends of ours have the blue Sub, so I admired it well before I got my YM.
I was wondering...any black TT Sub partisans out there? |

I must say that when I take out my "Bluesy", I get as warm and fuzzy a feeling as rolling one of my Hot Rods out of the garage...... or catching an unexpected smile from the wife....

hi there i've been planning to buy a tt black dial sub for a while because they look really masculine but when i came across a blue dial tt sub at queen victoria building two weeks ago i couldn't resist it i went back to the shop the following day and made a deposit for the watch to put it aside for me as they were putting the price up because of the aussie dollar value coming down against the us dollar.i was lucky the owner of the shop agreed. so i'm gonna collect it next week!!! if you're in sydney you can visit the shop at QVB L.G. HUMPHRIES they got plenty of other rolex too.

And because it's such a late Y-series, I'm pretty sure the case has come WITHOUT lug-holes!! Correct? Cheers - JJ
