i love hearing about the history of a watch. I was happy to buy my snowflake from the original owner so i was able to get a lot of great info about it.

now if we could only motivate Rolex Canada to go through their records and give us exact order numbers/dates and the serial numbers..At the time he was unwilling to go to the trouble but admitted the information was still on hand..

Congrats, incredible pick up I love it! Thanks for the research it's nice to know these can't be easily created by swapping dials. Coincidentally I won an auction for a blue 94010 last night with the lollipop hour hand, one more variation

If that watch had been reintroduced as the Black Bay, I would have had no hesitation with keeping my BB.

recently uncovered 7021/0
Hi gentlemen, lurker not a poster..
Recently traded for a 7021/0 originally purchased by my cousin while holidaying in Switzerland in 1972. It's pretty beat up, the bezel insert is super faded and the crown actually is beveled likely from his vocation. It's not really my kind of watch, I know it has value but for me my preference lie in "nicer" examples. I'm getting it serviced and I was going to have new seals and a crystal. Now I'm questioning this action, what do the experts think?/Users/fraserstewartpers/Desktop/DSC_0425.jpg/Users/fraserstewartpers/Desktop/DSC_0432.jpg |
