WG Day date with olive dial or WG Daytona with steel panda dial. If you must have one Rolex with that funding.

Rolex offers nothing in this price range interested me to buy. I would go lower for DD or SS models, or higher for Platinum ones.

WG BLRO with the old black dial. The new blue one just doesn't have the contrast the black does.

I would stretch it several thousand more dollars and get a 228206 40mm Platinum DD with the ice blue dial and Roman numerals. You can get one for around $42k

If I magically received 35k for a new Rolex watch I'd use it to purchase a DD for my father. :-)

I think that I’d get multiple 5 digit references: 14060M, 16570, and a white 16520.

♛- Yet to be determined, but a white 16520 is on the short list. (I believe that I'll be able to read it better than my old 116520)
