Dan - bet this one wears great and can go for a dip without worry if strap damage.

Indeed it does, Mark!

All the options on this thread just prove how strap friendly the Tudor GMT is.

Am I the only one that hates the gap between the spring bar and watch case?

It drives me crazy, but I'm not inclined to pay $500 for a watch strap that solves this issue. Are there quality alternatives that anyone recommends?

Thanks! I kind of miss that look but this setup does much better in the cockpit. Fewer snags and super comfortable.

My first attempt for an OEM bracelet was WUS but it turned out to be a fake. The seller was great and refunded the $$. The second and successful attempt was an OEM rivet found on ebay for $600.00.

Strapcode makes an aftermarket bracelet but IMHO the BB GMT deserves the original rivet.

The Tudor GMT is one of those watches that can looks so good on almost any strap you throw on it but for that I have seen so far, this one is the one I want next.

I love a good strap change BUT unfortunately the thickness of the watch and the gap between end of strap/case just makes it look wrong. The BB58 is the only real Tudor for strap changes imo

Thats not to say I don't like the GMT !... on the bracelet it is awesome & will probably end up getting one soon.

The strapcode option at less than $150 is well worth the cost versus the OEM and hostel you do not lose much. I have the OEM leather, some Toxic NATOS (best NATOS IMHO) and an Everest navy blue. The bracelet is on the watch 95% of the time as it is so comfortable.

Does anyone have a pic of the BB blue fabric strap on the BB GMT? I’d love to see that combo.
