No I wouldn't do it. Personally I dont get the whole Patek thing, they may be of high horologic excellence (which I appreciate) but I think they look quite boring and plain. To trade three sought after Rolex sports models is not my idea of fun.

Great responses everyone, much appreciated . Based on the responses so far, I gather to keep the Daytona and flip the 5167. Also to consider keeping the trio and swapping the idea of those 3 out for the Tudor, JLC and Explorer 1.
I promised my AD I would not sell my 5167 as I wouldn’t want to be black listed or ruin the relationship we have. The same goes for my 15500 as it was a recent purchase from the AP boutique. The gentleman who works at AP House made it happen and we are quite good friends now. As for the Daytona, thanks for the feedback as it makes me think twice whether to flip that one or not. I find my 116520 not that hard to obtain in the secondary market as it’s not one of the later post 2015 models that are more sought after. There’s a 50/50 flip or keep for the Kermit and 5 digit GMT Pepsi. Those are two discontinued pieces and the Kermit actually is in mint condition and is one of the last ones before it was discontinued (2010). The Pepsi’s condition shows signs of wear. The reason why I haven’t thought about flipping the tudor, JLC and Explorer 1 is because those 3 watches wouldn’t amount even close to what I would need to fund the 5712. It leaves me with keeping these 3 as they are the lowest valued pieces.

I just got my 126621 and 114060 in the last 2 months. and on the hunt for a Daytona. I probably worn those 2 Rolex more that my 3 PP. LOL.. So I would say keep ur 116520 and 16610 for sure... |

Have you considered the 5712 may not be worth it to you, with all of the considerations in mind? I appreciate that less is more, but if there is any sentimental value attached to the others I definitely wouldn't do it.

That’s a house there in most countries of the world in that 5712. Maybe that’s why it doesn’t feel right

Sub & GMT? Yes. Daytona? Keep it.
