If it is a private sale the trade is too far balanced in the other party's favour.

If money is not too much of an object I'd say trade the SubDate (which is redundant in your collection IMO) and get the 16520 at a trade value of £5.5k.

To me it's not so obvious a "Nooooooooooooooooo" but then I am the only one it seems.
