Out of the two, the BLRO and that’s not because of the hype.

I just never took to the BLNR and still don’t.

LN most days for me.

BLNR on a Jubilee bracelet. The Pepsi is ok if you happen to get one that doesn't have a pink and purple tint. Also this is a tool watch, blue for day black for night just makes scene.

For me... WG BLRO> SS BLRO> BLNR jubilee = TT GMTc = BLNR Oyster. The YG GMTs don’t sing to me like a YG Sub.

Same watch. Different insert. Wouldn’t be easier to buy 1 watch and swap inserts when desired? Or do the ceramic inserts not swap so easily?

I own the BLRO, but thinks the blue on the BLNR POPS like no other.

BLRO. Not because of secondary market value. I actually think it’s the other way around. The secondary value derives from all the love for the remake of the original PanAm GMT pilot watch 6542. There is no such link with the BLNR and its colorway. People get nostalgic and appreciate history and lineage and the story behind watches. Particularly luxury watches that aren’t merely practical timekeeping or else we’d just look at our phones. The current BLRO looks exactly like the original 6542 with Blue and Red bezel, jubilee bracelet, black face, Red GMT hand.

I know lots of people are clamoring for a ceramic Coke with Black and Red bezel, but among five digits, I believe the Pepsi was more coveted and held or appreciated in value more over the years as a consequence. A Coke, if released, would be the latest and greatest so I wonder if it would unseat the Pepsi on that basis. If the ceramic Pepsi, Coke and Batman were all released at the same time I wonder which would be most desired?

For the longest time, I wanted the Batman over the Pepsi.
When I finally saw both of them in person, I finally understood why Pepsi is harder to get and more desirable. I personally think if you see them next to each other, it’s not even close but this is just my personal opinion.

BLRO for me as well.

I’ve had the oyster BLNR a few times in the past, but it seems almost clinical compared to the BLRO.

Had the SS BLRO first:

Now I’ve got the WG BLRO:

While loved the comfort of the SS BLRO on the Jubilee, I find the WG BLRO (strangely enough) a bit more versatile on the Oyster. Either way, the BLRO is a knockout piece regardless of case material.
