Thanks for the side-by-side pictures. I really like the tapered lugs better on the SD4000, however I have to admit that I like the layout of the SubC bezel better. I'm sure this will be an ongoing debate in many threads.
Congrats on your new addition and wear it in good health! |

Only had it on for a short time but very impressed. The bezel looks amazing. Really like the markers all the way round.
Its the thickest watch I've had but you don't notice it much whilst wearing it. I still have the diver link on the bracelet which I will remove as it doesn't look so good to me but it is very comfortable on the wrist. |

Is the clasp the same as the subc?
Thanks for posting pictures! |

Yes, the clasp seems the same to me. Just the diver link on there that seems different.
One little thing I've noticed is that the lume on the hands seems a slightly different colour to the hour markers. Might just be my eyes though |

10 400 $ is MRSP in the US. Hope for a discount in year or two maybe 10%?

Thanks much! That is GREAT news for those thinking of getting the new SD. The old SD was the best I've seen regarding the glare ( Ive said many times this is the worst thing about Rolex watches that no one talks about) ...so the new one must be that much better. One thing--how do they compare in thickness?
