Hulk... its was something fresh at the time, a bold colour on a normally conservative model... Nobody wanted it... now, one of the MOST wanted.

Thats the mark of pivotal and iconic model.

Or... the BLNR... a world first for a bi-colour ceramic bezel... and now iconic!

Lets forget the new pepsi and batgirl reincarnations... nothing new about these.

Of the decade? Gotta be the good old sub-c.

Not the LV-c, which has only been hot the last three years or so.

It has to be the Black Sub-C.

Everyone saying the Hulk you gotta be kidding yourselves. That was the MOST hated watch out there. LOL

Couldnt move the things for years and years. Its only the last 2 years with the hype otherwise no one would still want it. LOL

The SS SkyDweller is the clear choice given the stated criteria.

Everything else, while nice and perhaps somewhat unique in their own right, are essentially cosmetic or technological upgrades of existing references. DSSD could possibly be a contender.

I’d say either Pepsi jubilee or Daytona. I’ve never seen more demand for a Rolex watch in my life. Let’s see what they do for the sub upgrade. I’m seeing 70 hours power reserve and slimmer lugs!

GMT Master ll BLNR with 3285 and Jubilee bracelet. Perfect color to represent day from night super accurate, 70 hour reserve and the most comfortable bracelet. As a pilot using the watch for it's intended design this is perfection.

(But to each their own; for all I know, I could be one of them myself if things were slightly different.)

IIRC, Rolex has released split-seconds chronograph and triple calendar in the past prior to the skydweller.

I would have to agree. Now, if they could slim it down a couple of millimeters, it would be perfect.

Without a doubt its the Daytona 116500c white dial, no other current watch by Rolex sells on the grey market at double MSRP. The market doesn't lie. Plus its a gorgeous watch.
