I have a quick question regarding the SeaQ 70’s Chrono. I know @DVR has a cadre of them and there are plenty on this thread.
I’ve been thinking of grabbing an avocado dial version on leather that’s available pre owned at a more than fair price. One of the things that is so enticing about the watch is the lack of a sub dial hour counter and the placement of the hour counter in a window below 12 o’ clock. I travel for a living and thought this could be fabulous dual time watch if I simply remembered to start the chrono at noon or midnight the day I leave. I know every chronograph is different, but would continuously running this chrono for 3-4 days at a time damage the movement or negatively impact its reliability or servicing interval? Thanks in advance all. |

Short answer : no
Longer answer, you can leave it running all the time, wouldn't make any difference.
