No box and papers with that WG Diver at Subdial……

How does someone lose the box and papers? The watch is only 3 years old, if it was 20-30 years old it would be easier to understand.

Think about traveling and buying watches. I picked up an offshore last week unexpectedly and had a small carryon. Was in a rush and almost said forget it I have enough boxes.. glad I was able to cram it in but I could see it happening easily

Yeah that’s a weird one. Maybe it was owned by someone with more money than sense.

Read an interview with Ronan Keeting once and he said he bought about 50 IWCs in london and never once kept the box. Just walked out with it on the wrist and that was that.

Which Audemars Piguet are you wearing today?

Barely taken it off since I put it on for the first time. :)

Yes, bit of an odd one.

And actually it's listed as a "c. 2022" watch and is without box and papers as I said........which does ask a lot more questions than it answers on the provenance;

I love this blue/grey version in the 44mm more than 43mm case. Plus, I never realized how equally cool it looks on the right wrist. Strong presence.

Best looking 44 ever IMHO. I also love grey. Looks good on John Mayer as well. He wears this one

Never owned a 44 but do own a 43 and have to say based on pics I think I prefer the 44.

The platinum 44 with the blue dial depreciates quite badly and you can pick one up used for less than you a new stainless or Ti 43. Food for thought.

When the official pre owned AP route in the UK opens later in the year I’ll definitely look at some of the 44 models.

I like the dial layout on the 44mm better than the more conventional one on the 43mm, but the 44mm's are massive. I think I can wear the 43mm easily, but the 44mm's I tried were a bit over the top. Of course, if you have the wrist/build for it, you have a choice of many fantastic pieces at a discount to the current generation.
