Preordered the silk edition as well. Amazon US has it for $112 and much cheaper though for anybody wanting the regular version.

The email confirmation I received from Wallpaper has: a receipt number, the item, payment method (credit a card last 4 digits shown) and the payment information.

Well depending on how limited the printing is....it might be a price gouging mondani on the secondary market. Plenty of collector targeted books in niche printings go astronomical after the initial release and no followup printings. Who knows.
