Glad this craziness was resolved as most of us expected.
I agree that this idea of not disclosing the elements of a fake that identify it as fake makes no sense. Obviously anyone who goes to the trouble of creating them is going to use real ones as their template. They will know what they get right and what they skimp on. Their goal is not to fool the longtime members of forums like this, but instead the unsuspecting masses who are looking for the elusive killer deal. |

yay! So happy it worked out for you!
I'm sorry somebody cried fake from the get go, they clearly have no clue what they're talking about! I think most of us knew what the outcome would be. |

Enjoy, there was nothing wrong with your watch from the photos at all. As I said previously it's a shame people chime in saying fake or suspicious when they don't actually know. I am glad you have your full conclusive answer now.

Looking through what's coming out of China's factories these days I'm turned off from ever purchasing PAM111, PAM000 without looking at the movement under a loupe. They're very close to perfecting the Sub and pre-owned buyers should be very wary of frankenstein watches where genuine parts are used for parts. |

I am glad you everything worked out.
I am a firm believer that if you see something wrong then say it. I am not concerned if copy cats look here for advice on building knock offs. I look forward to the exchange of information and the education we are all getting. You must remember people spend large sums of money on what is believed to be genuine items. Decrying them as fake can be damaging in many ways. Stand behind what you say or don't say it. |

There is this idea that manufacturers of fake watches use these discussions to make better fakes.
I don't think this is valid. People can't honestly believe that fakers don't have access to real watches. I can assure you that the factory making fakes can get a real watch from somewhere. Fakers can't replicate exact copies because they don't have the exact same equipment and production facilities that a company like Rolex has. That's why we see some of the things we know as common signs of a fake. |

The button on the pouch is suspiciously off-center.
